Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate whether monthly ibandronate improves hip bone mineral density (BMD) to the same degree as weekly risedronate in osteoporotic elderly.Material and methods: Eighty-one older adults with osteoporosis, age ranging from 65 to 95 years (mean: 77.5 years) were completed the study.
